Flash Player 10 Beta 2 and SSE2

I filed a bug at Adobe (and duplicated the info on the FP10 forum) a few days ago due to constant crashes associated with the new Flash Player 10 beta 2. It turns out that there is a bug with the new player that means that any processor not equipped with SSE2 instruction set will suffer this problem when running ActionScript 3 code.

It’s a bit of a setback for us here, as we don’t have SSE2 on any machine. Bah.
